    Hello everyone,

    I’m new to the mental health field after a 13 year military career. I’m so very excited to join this network, meet other professionals and support each other.

    I’m very passionate about becoming more skilled working with trauma/PTSD, and especially with veterans and first responders. As a certified counsellor with the CCPA, I’m fortunate to be able to help others on an individual level. My practice is in NL and all conducted virtually.

    Hi Sara! Nice to meet another Maritimer here. I’m in Halifax, NS and sometimes cross-refer with folks in NFLD. Great to see someone with a military background.

    I do career psychology- helping clients get clear on big life questions like “who am I ? What do I want to do with my life?” I use assessments and help people navigate workplace stress, and career identity, burnout etc.
