Hi from Toronto! Dietitian: eating disorders, mental health, healthy lifestyle
Good morning!
I’m Rebecca, a virtual Registered Dietitian based in Toronto, Ontario.
Most of my work is with those struggling with disordered eating (restricting or overeating foods), mental health, weight management and making healthier lifestyle changes.
I use a non-judgemental, holistic approach with my work that recognizes the many factors that contribute to one’s health, including their physical health (nutrition, movement, rest etc.), mental health (how food impacts moods and stresses), and emotional health (relationship to food and body, fears of foods, emotional eating).
With eating disorders, emotional eating and mental health, it’s nearly always not just about the food.
That’s why I love collaborating with other professionals, especially therapists. This way we can help support our clients from different angles to help them overcome their challenges and feel their best.
I can see clients from Canada, including Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as some international countries.
