I will help you create your own inner field guide, to understand yourself and your patterns. My goal is to get to the root of your challenges and to access your own inner wisdom that knows, deep down, what direction you need to take.
I am a holistic therapist, that means I bring mind, body, spirit, and relationships into our conversations. I will support you through a process of unlearning as much as learning, to become more of who you are, in a world that is often telling you to be anything else.
